Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain products such as personal care items, intimate goods, or customized products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or production reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
